Damaged

I have been training very hard and I am getting close to my first Tri. Go to http://www.buttar.com/events/triathlon/WildmanTri/index.htm to take a look at the venue. 
Unfortunately, I have been pushing myself too hard and have injured my right calve and possibly knee. I decided to take a week to recover after my rest week. I built 2 weeks of recovery time for illness or injury into my so called 16 week training plan. So far I used one of them as I felt that pushing myself forward would have done more damage than good. 
I restart tomorrow and will try to hold myself back from pushing so hard. I am having withdrawals and want to get back to training. I tried to substitute weight training for biking and running, but that does not provide the endorphins I have become used to.

Ready to start a REVOLUTION- hint of things to come!

Revolution..... HMMMM Sounds catchy! You know Steve doesn't tell me anything! So are you getting pumped or what?? I am stoked for mine in May... little nervous I will admit but excited! :)
