Just finishing up an entire week of no workouts and I feel out of shape now. However, my leg feels much better. I will start testing it this week with small workouts. I will start off
Monday with a 30 minute swim, Tuesday a 18-20 mile bike ride and Wednesday a 3-4 mile run.
Hopefully the legs will be strong. They need to carry me thru the 6 hours of Ironman. I am staying positive and will enjoy this experience.
